This June, take time to invest in yourself with our Women’s Self-Care & Wellbeing Course — a calm, welcoming space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more confident in your everyday self-care routine.

 

As part of the Nourish Series , this course blends practical beauty knowledge with gentle wellbeing focus, helping you feel more informed, empowered, and confident in how you care for yourself.

 

Across the sessions, you’ll explore essential self-care and makeup techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment — with clear guidance, demonstrations, and opportunities to ask questions and learn at your own pace.


What’s Included

Throughout the course, we will cover:

✨ How to identify and work with skin undertones
✨ How to match foundation correctly
✨ Colour correction techniques made simple
✨ Live demonstration on a model
✨ Plus more practical tips and guidance


This is more than a beauty-focused course — it’s about building confidence, understanding your skin, and learning simple techniques that make you feel your best every day.

 

Whether you’re new to makeup or want to refresh your skills, you’ll be supported in a friendly, women-only environment where learning feels easy, relaxed, and enjoyable.

 

All equipment will be provided, so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.
