Restorative Wellbeing Workshops
Following the wonderful response and amazing turnout from our previous Pilates course, we’re delighted to welcome women back for another block of Pilates for Women as part of the Nourish Series.
These gentle, guided sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and support your wellbeing through mindful movement in a calm and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning to your practice, these sessions will help improve flexibility, posture, balance, and core strength — all at a comfortable and supportive pace.
Like all Nourish Series workshops and courses, this is about more than exercise. It’s about creating time for yourself, releasing stress, and building healthier routines in a positive women-only space.
What to Expect

Come with a friend, your sister, your mum — or simply come along yourself and enjoy dedicated time focused on your wellbeing.
