Nourish Series: 6-Week Pilates for Women

Supporting women’s wellbeing — body, mind & soul

Take a mindful pause this spring with gentle movement that restores your body, clears your mind, and nurtures your wellbeing. As part of the Nourish Series, Higher Ground is delighted to offer a 6-week Pilates course designed specifically for women seeking strength, flexibility, and a calm start to their day.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to your practice, this course provides a private, supportive space where you can move mindfully, improve posture, and reconnect with your body. Just like our other Nourish Series workshops — from creative embroidery to silk flower arranging — this Pilates course is about slowing down, self-care, and feeling restored.

Course Details

Dates: 6 weeks starting Thursday 16 April 2026
Time: 10:00am – 11:00am
Participants: Women only
Instructor: Ayah K (previously delivered the popular Seated Strength Series in 2025)
Spaces: Limited — early registration recommended
What to Bring: Your own yoga mat and comfortable loose clothing suitable for movement

The Pilates course is a key strand of the Nourish Series, alongside monthly menopause workshops, creative embroidery sessions, and mindful crafts. Each session in the series is designed to support women’s wellbeing — body, mind & soul, providing spaces to learn, create, move, and recharge.
