Higher Ground is pleased to open Parents’ Support Space — a free, drop-in session created especially for parents and carers who are supporting children with additional needs.

Parenting can be rewarding, challenging, and sometimes isolating. Parents’ Support Space offers a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where you can step away from the day-to-day pressures, connect with others who understand, and feel supported without judgement.

These sessions are about people, not labels. Whether you want to talk, listen, ask questions, or simply enjoy a quiet coffee, you are welcome exactly as you are.
