Feeling unsupported or confused about menopause? You’re not alone. The Monthly Menopause Workshops, offered by Higher Ground in partnership with Monosistas,
Provide a welcoming, safe space to learn, share, and feel empowered through every stage of perimenopause and menopause.
Led by Yinka Omishore — author of MenoStart , health educator, and AUK LU Life Radio host — the sessions combine expert insight, cultural awareness, and open dialogue to help women feel informed, confident, and connected.

Each monthly session focuses on key aspects of menopause and midlife health:

Heart Health After 40: Why it matters and how to protect it
Joint Pain & Inflammation: Supporting mobility and comfort
Menopause & Mental Health: Stress, culture, and emotions
Menopause, Relationships & Cultural Expectations: Navigating family, intimacy, and identity
Sessions combine education, discussion, and practical guidance, leaving you feeling empowered and reassured.
