This June, take time to invest in your strength, energy, and wellbeing with our 4-week Ladies Bodyweight Training Course

 

As part of the Nourish Series , these sessions are designed to help women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies in a calm and supportive environment.

 

Through guided bodyweight exercises, you’ll build strength, improve fitness, and boost your overall wellbeing — all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

 

Whether you’re completely new to exercise or returning to movement, this course offers a welcoming women-only space where you can move, grow, and feel encouraged every step of the way.

 

This is more than a fitness course — it’s a chance to prioritise yourself, release stress, and create healthier routines in a positive and uplifting setting.

 

📌This is a 45-minute beginner-friendly session, designed to ease you into movement safely and confidently with full guidance throughout.

 

Please arrive on time for a prompt start.

 

Come with a friend, your sister, your mum — or simply come along yourself and enjoy dedicated time focused on your wellbeing and personal strength.
